You Make America Great!

 The strength and character of our citizens is what makes America a truly great country. During these difficult economic times we all doubt our future, but America will recover! This nation leads the world in innovation and productivity. We also demonstrate worldwide just how great it is to live in a democracy.

What can we do as individuals to succeed during these tough economic times?

Take stock of your current position and build on areas of strength.

1. Decide where you want to be in the future and develop a plan to get there.
2. Work harder than anyone around you.
3. Demonstrate a willingness to lead.
4. Look at opportunities for advancement. (Even with no increase in pay)
5. Keep a positive attitude.
6. Offer creative new ideas.
7. Develop strong new relationships.
8. Help those who need it.
9. Look for solutions to problems. Be a team player.
10. Become more versatile. (Learn more skills and different job responsibilities)

 Many of our most respected leaders are those who have made a name for themselves during difficult economic times. Could the next one be you?
